Booking Terms & Conditions

1. CONSENT FORMS
1.1 A CONSENT FORM MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO INITIAL APPOINTMENTS. This includes Sports Massage Appointments if you haven’t attended for 6 months. Your confirmation email will contain a link to this which must be completed online.

1. TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS
1.1 Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy Initial Appointments are up to 60 minutes and involve an assessment of your condition, following which we will prescribe a treatment plan if required and begin treatment straight away.
1.2 Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy Follow-up Appointments are up to 30 minutes and are a continuation of the treatment prescribed during your Initial Appointment.
1.3 Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy Re-Assessments are up to 45 minutes and involve a review of your symptoms in contrast to your initial assessment or your last re-assessment in order to gauge the most appropriate next step in the treatment plan and make any necessary changes or discharge you.
1.4 Free Consultations are up to 15 minutes and involve a discussion of your symptoms to ascertain whether we can help or whether we should refer you elsewhere if we can’t.
1.5 Sports Massage Appointments are either 30 or 60 minutes. At your first visit we will briefly discuss any specific issues you would like to be addresses.

2. PAYMENTS
2.1 Payment is to be made at the time of booking.
2.2 We do not issue refunds. We understand circumstances change and you can reschedule your appointment, with at least 48 hours’ notice and no more than 3 times, or keep your payment on your account for up to 12 months.
2.3 Payment is by card or bank transfer – we cannot accept cash.

3. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING
3.1 To cancel or change a booking, please call on ‭0116 2162333
3.2 Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or not attended without notice, will be charged at 100%.

4. BOOKING TIMES
4.1 Please arrive promptly for your appointment time. You are welcome to arrive early and relax in our waiting area.
4.2 If you arrive late we will only be able to treat you for the remaining time of your appointment.

5. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
5.1 All on-line bookings are confirmed by the issuing of a booking confirmation direct to your nominated email address. Without this confirmation, your appointment booking is not complete.
5.2 Bookings are made in the name of a specified individual as set out on the booking confirmation – proof of identity may be required.
