We often help people who have tried other treatments and options without success or have multiple or complex issues. Our clinicians are expert problem solvers and will always work with you to get the best outcomes.

We work successfully with clients with long-standing conditions who have become resigned to ‘just live with it’. Although some conditions can’t be fully resolved we can give you the tools to manage pain and stay active.

If you’re unsure whether we’re the right place for you, we offer a Free Consultation: this is an opportunity to discuss your condition and get to know our clinicians, who will listen to your symptoms and advise you on whether we are able to help. And whether we can or not, you will come away with a plan of action, whether that’s to an initial assessment with us or a referral elsewhere if required: book yours today.

If you’re unsure, please get in touch and we will advise you on the best course of action.

During your initial consultation your therapist will work out a treatment plan with a recommendation of how many sessions you will need to achieve your goals – be that getting back to golf or playing with the grandkids! We discuss this with you so you know what to expect & when, and a planned discharge date.

We aim to get results as quickly as possible, but ensure lasting results too – quick fixes often lead to reoccurrences because underlying issues, such as posture or muscle imbalance, haven’t been addressed.

We use many different treatment techniques and during your initial assessment your therapist will advise on the best treatments for you, and explain why we are using them and how they work.

We believe in hands-on treatment and will always use this where suitable, combined with other techniques including acupuncture & dry needling, ultrasound, electrotherapy, kinesiology taping and rehab exercises.

Your treatment plan is a progressive course and we will adapt the treatments we use according to your stage of rehab and what works best for you.

For more information on the techniques, we use please see our treatments page.

Having tried various attempts to help my stiff hip joints I decided to try Byron Health. I am so delighted to report that it has helped enormously. max is so helpful & I am definitely making progress. Therefore, I would certainly recommend visiting Byron.

It was a positive experience being treated by Max. Having previously had balance issues that had not been completely cured it was great to talk to a professional who could describe what was happening to me. Three session treatment put me in a really good place. I can walk more upright, turn faster and bend down without being dizzy. Simply brilliant. Highly recommended.
Bill Glasper
Excellent service and very professional in analysing and treating the problem. Fully recommend.

Max at Byron Health helped me recover from a very painful turned ankle that happened on a ramble. Following the exercise programme has got me back walking over rough terrain much quicker than I thought when the injury happened. Hopefully, with the the ongoing exercise plan, I'll not need Bryon Health's services again, but if I did, then I would definitely use them again.

I damaged my knee when undertaking a charity walk in August. I found Max to be thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The treatment sessions were great as he is very personable and also listens carefully to information you are giving to him. Fully recovered with a fully functioning knee and strategies to manage the future, I would recommend Max without any reservations.
Shirley Osborn
I hurt my arm, neck and shoulder in August and hoped it would soon mend by itself. Unfortunately, it didn’t and the pain and lack of mobility were making life very difficult. I contacted Byron Health about it and was referred to Max, who carried out an initial assessment/treatment, followed by a course of treatments. Max diagnosed the issues which were causing my problems, carried out deep tissue work and gave me exercises to do in between my treatments, all of which helped enormously! I cannot recommend Byron Health highly enough and Max especially for being so kind, caring and knowledgeable. My injuries have healed much faster with Max’s care and I’m now able to get on with my life.

Went to Sarah with ligaments/tendons damage as I was unable to walk without pain. I knew of Sarah previously as she had 'fixed' my painful elbow and also looked after my Mothers bad shoulder. Within a couple of sessions I was able to walk without pain and having completed her rehab course I am now back to normal and enjoying my walks again. I also saw Max when Sarah was unavailable who was also excellent I highly recommend Bryon Health

Attended Byron Health, found the service I received first rate. Can thoroughly recommend to anybody needing physiotherapy services.
Patrick Jones
I've been to see Sarah for two issues in the last 2 years (1 which has been resolved and 1 I am seeking ongoing treatment for). Throughout both periods of support, Sarah has been incredibly thorough and has provided clear explanations of treatment plans and guidance for at-home stretching. Sarah uses a wide range of methods for treatment and I feel confident in her approach, having resolved one issue previously and well underway to recovering from my current concern. At the new clinic, Selina is lovely and really welcoming and you're offered a range of refreshments whilst waiting for your appointment. I'm really happy with the service I have received and continue to receive at Byron Health and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking physiotherapy treatment 😊. Thanks Sarah & team!
