Hi, I'm Elliot

Having grown up down south as they say, I now find myself living in Great Glen with my better half enjoying village life after living in the bright lights of London and Stratford on Avon.

You will see me in the clinic on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays looking after clients and supporting Sarah and Max as best I can! Outside of work life, I love the great outdoors – hiking to biking and everything in between. I love to travel and find nothing more exhilarating than tearing down a mountain on a snowboard or pair of skis. I am a real foodie and have been lucky enough to visit some of my food heroes restaurants and meet some of them in person.

It was a positive experience being treated by Max.  Having previously had balance issues that had not been completely cured it was great to talk to a professional who could describe what was happening to me. Max at Byron Health helped me recover from a very painful turned ankle that happened on a ramble. Following the exercise programme has got me back walking over rough terrain much quicker than I thought when the injury happened. I damaged my knee when undertaking a charity walk in August. I found Max to be thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The treatment sessions were great as he is very personable and also listens carefully to information you are giving to him. I hurt my arm, neck and shoulder in August and hoped it would soon mend by itself. Unfortunately, it didn’t and the pain and lack of mobility were making life very difficult. I contacted Byron Health about it and was referred to Max, who carried out an initial assessment/treatment, followed by a course of treatments. Max diagnosed the issues which were causing my problems, carried out deep tissue work and gave me exercises to do in between my treatments, all of which helped enormously! I cannot recommend Byron Health highly enough and Max especially for being so kind, caring and knowledgeable. Went to Sarah with ligaments/tendons damage as I was unable to walk without pain. I knew of Sarah previously as she had 'fixed' my painful elbow and also looked after my Mothers bad shoulder.
Within a couple of sessions I was able to walk without pain and having completed her rehab course I am now back to normal and enjoying my walks again.
I also saw Max when Sarah was unavailable who was also excellent

I've been to see Sarah for two issues in the last 2 years (1 which has been resolved and 1 I am seeking ongoing treatment for). Throughout both periods of support, Sarah has been incredibly thorough and has provided clear explanations of treatment plans and guidance for at-home stretching. Sarah uses a wide range of methods for treatment and I feel confident in her approach, having resolved one issue previously and well underway to recovering from my current concern.
At the new clinic, Selina is lovely and really welcoming and you're offered a range of refreshments whilst waiting for your appointment.
