Meet Amy

I am a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with a passion for helping individuals enhance their physical wellbeing.

I graduated from Loughborough University in 2020 with a degree in Sport Psychology, and have since pursued and completed my Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Sports Massage Therapy.

Within my sport of athletics I represented England and Great Britain in various competitions, still training and competing I understand the benefits and positive impact sports massage can offer, not only in sport, but in day-to-day life.
